- What Does All Inclusive Inclusive include?
Dinner, breakfast, basic drinks in the lounge, snacks, hot springs, public baths and activities (pools, local Discovery, etc.) are included in the accommodation fee.
- Can you tell me about the cancellation fee?
Cancellation fee will be charged 3 days in advance.

- Is there a space for children to play?
There is an indoor playground on the first floor. Playground equipment and picture books are available.

When using the service, it is necessary to confirm the consent form and attend an adult.- Do you have a nursing room?
It's on the first floor playground. Water servers and microwaves are also available.
- What are the rental equipment for children?
Diaper trash can, butts, milk preparation pot, baby bottle washing set (special detergent and sponge), bamboo, auxiliary toilet seat for children, stepping stone, baby soap, in-house clothes (S size 100cm, M size 120cm)
- How many dogs can I stay in the dog friendly room?
Up to two small and medium-sized dogs are available. The dog suite room accommodates up to two large, medium and small dogs.
- Do you need something when staying in a dog-friendly room?
Please bring your consent form and rabies vaccination certificate.
- Can pets walk in the lobby?
Please use your cage or dog cart. You can move outside the restaurant area. There is also a cart rental.
- Do you have a smoking area?
It is near the main hall on the first floor. In addition, smoking is prohibited in the hotel.
- Do you have vending machines?
It is in front of the main hall on the first floor.
- Do you have table tennis?
It's on the second floor playground. It's free. Please use it when it is crowded.
- Can I use a credit card?
You can use JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS etc.
Electronic money is not available. Some QR payments such as auPAY, paypay, and d payment are available. For more information, please contact us.
About Restaurant and Lounge
- Can breakfast and dinner be added on the day?
It can be added on the day. We will inform you at the following rates.
Breakfast: 3,960 yen for elementary school students and above, 1,980 yen for preschoolers over 3 years old
Dinner: Adults 8,690 yen, elementary school students 7,260 yen, preschoolers 3 years old or older 1,980 yen Basic beverage charge included- Do you have baby food?
Available for 5 months, 5 months, 9 months, and 12 months.
- Is the restaurant available in yukata and slippers?
It is possible. All corners and lobby of the hotel can be used in yukata and slippers.
About Access
- Is there a free shuttle bus?
There is a free shuttle bus between Tomiura Station / Tomiura Biwa Club and the hotel. Please use it when you come by train or express bus.

There are 150 free parking spaces.
About surrounding information
- Can I swim on the beach directly below the hotel?
Swimming is prohibited because there are many rocky areas and the tide is fast. It is perfect for playing on the beach.
- Is there a beach near the hotel?
Tada Ryo Kitahama Beach (the nearest) Approx. 5 minutes by car
20 minutes by Okinoshima beach car- What are the tourist attractions near the hotel?

About pool, public bath, facilities
- Do you have a pool?
There is a garden pool that is open only in summer.
Please refer to the POOL & ACTIVITIES page for other details such as the business period.- Is the pool available if there is a tattoo or tattoo?
If you have a tattoo or tattoo (including fashion seal), you are not allowed to use the pool.
- Is the public bath a hot spring?
Only the open-air is a natural hot spring. (heating, watering, circulating filtration type)
- Do you have a dog run?
There are two places on the hotel premises.
- Do you have a coin laundry?
It is located in the hot spring lounge on the 1st basement floor.
Available hours: 6:00 to 10:00, 15:00 to 23:00

There is a relaxing salon in front of the large public bath on the first basement floor.

- As a local Discovery, you can experience crafting using items unique to the area.You can freely craft items such as acorns, shells and other items collected at Cape Obo where the hotel is located in photo frames and take them home. It's perfect for memories of your trip.
- Can you make fireworks?
For safety reasons, all fireworks on the hotel management premises are refused regardless of the type of fireworks or bring in.
- Can you provide medicinal products?
We cannot provide medicines to customers at our hotel.
We will guide you to the nearest drugstore (about 8 minutes by car).
