About reservation

- What does all Inclusive include?
The accommodation fee includes dinner, breakfast, basic drinks in the lounge, snacks, hot springs, large baths and activities (pools, local discovery using in-house activity venues, etc.).
- Could you tell me about the cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee will be charged from 3 days in advance.

About accommodation

- Is there a space for children to play?
There is an indoor playground on the first floor. Playground equipment and picture books are available.

When using the service, it is necessary to confirm the consent form and attach an adult.- Do you have a nursing room?
It's in the playground on the first floor. Water servers and microwave ovens are also available.
- What are the rental equipment for children?
Baby baths, baby soaps, milk preparation pots, cribs, children's chairs, bed guards, infant toilet seats, and baby bottle disinfection kits are available.
- How many dogs can I stay in the dog friendly room?
A maximum of two small dogs are medium-sized. The dog suite room is limited to 2 large dogs, medium-sized dogs and small dogs.
- Do you have anything to do when staying in a dog-friendly room?
Please bring your consent form and rabies vaccination certificate.
- Can pets walk in the lobby?
Please use your cage or dog cart. You can move outside the restaurant area. You can also rent a cart.
- Do you have a smoking area?
It is located near the main hall on the first floor. In addition, smoking is prohibited in the hall.
- Do you have vending machines?
It's in front of the main hall on the first floor.
- Do you have table tennis?
It's in the playground on the second floor. It's free. In case of congestion, please give up each other.
- Do you accept credit cards?
JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, etc. are available.
Electronic money and QR payment are not available. For more information, please contact us.
About restaurant lounge
- Can I add breakfast and dinner on the day?
It can be added on the day. You will be informed at the following rates.
Breakfast: 3,800 yen for elementary school students and over, 2,000 yen for preschoolers over 3 years old
Dinner: 9,200 yen for adults, 7,200 yen for elementary school students, 2,000 yen for pre-school children aged 3 and over, including basic drink charges- Do you have baby food?
Available for 5 months, 5 months, 9 months and 12 months.
- Is the restaurant available in yukata and slippers?
It is possible. All corners and lobby in the hall are also available in yukata and slippers.
About access
- Do you have a free shuttle bus?
A free shuttle bus runs between Tomiura Station / Tomiura Biwa Club and the hotel. Please use it when you come by train or express bus.

There are 150 free parking lots.

- Can I swim on the beach just below the hotel?
Swimming is prohibited because there are many rocky areas and the tide is fast. It's perfect for playing on the beach.

Pools, large public baths, and facilities
- Do you have a pool?
There is a garden pool that is open only in summer.

Those who have tattoos and tattoos (including fashion scenes) are not allowed to use the pool.
- Is the large public bath hot spring?
Only the open-air is a natural hot spring. (Temperature, water, circulating filtration type)
- Do you have a dog run?
There are 2 places on the hotel premises.

You can experience acorn craft as a local discovery.
You can freely decorate the acorns, shells, etc. collected at Cape Ofusa where the hotel is located on photo frames, etc., and take it home, making it perfect for memories of your trip.- Do you have fireworks?
All fireworks on the hotel management premises are refused, regardless of the type of fireworks, due to safety reasons.
- Can I provide pharmaceuticals?
We cannot provide pharmaceuticals to customers at our hotel.
You will be guided to the nearest drugstore (about 8 minutes by car).
