- What is All Inclusive?
Accommodation fee includes dinner, breakfast, basic drinks in the lounge, snacks, hot springs, public baths and activities (pool, local Discovery, etc.).

There is an indoor playground on the first floor. Playground equipment and picture books are available.

- What are rental equipment for children?
Diaper trash can, wipe, milk preparation pot, baby bottle cleaning set (dedicated detergent / sponge), bamboo, auxiliary toilet seat for children, stepping stone, baby soap, in-house clothes (S size 100cm, M size 120cm)
- How many dog-friendly rooms can you stay?
A maximum of two small and medium-sized dogs are available. Dog suite room is limited to large, medium, and two small dogs.
- Do you need anything when staying in a dog-friendly room?
Please bring your consent form and rabies vaccination certificate.
- Can pets walk in the lobby?
Please use your own cage or dog cart. You can move outside the restaurant area. Cart rental is also available.
- Do you have a smoking area?
It is located near the main hall on the first floor. In addition, non-smoking is allowed inside the building.
- Do you have vending machines?
It is located in front of the main hall on the first floor.
- Do you have table tennis?
It is on the second floor playground. It's free. When it is crowded, please give up and use it.

We accept JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, etc.
Electronic money is not available. Some QR payments such as auPAY, paypay, and d payment are available. Please contact us for more information.
About Restaurant & Lounge
- Can breakfast and dinner be added on the day?
It can be added on the day. We will inform you at the following rates.
Breakfast: 3,960 yen for elementary school students and above, 1,980 yen for preschoolers over 3 years old
Dinner: 8,690 yen for adults, 7,260 yen for elementary school students, 1,980 yen for preschoolers over 3 years old- Do you have baby food?
Available for 5 months, 5 months, 9 months, and 12 months.
- Can the restaurant be used in yukata and slippers?
It is possible. All corners and lobby of the hotel can be used in yukata and slippers.

- Is there a free shuttle bus?
There is a free shuttle bus between Tomiura Station / Tomiura Biwa Club and the hotel. Please use it when you come by train or express bus.

Swimming is prohibited because there are many rocky areas and the tide is fast. It is perfect for playing on the beach.

There is a garden pool that is open only in summer.

Guests with tattoos and tattoos (including fashion seals) are not allowed to use the pool.
- Is the public bath a hot spring?
Only the open-air is a natural hot spring. (heating, watering, circulating filtration type)
