There is an indoor playground on the first floor. Playground equipment and picture books are available.

Up to 2 medium-sized dogs and small dogs can be used. The dog suite room can accommodate up to 2 large, medium and small dogs.

Please bring your consent form and rabies vaccination certificate.

Please use your own cage or dog cart. You can move outside of the restaurant area. There is also a cart rental.

It is possible. All corners and lobby in the hotel can be used in yukata and slippers.

There is a free shuttle bus between Tomiura Station / Tomiura Biwa Club and the hotel. Please use it when you come by train or express bus.

There are 150 free parking spaces.

Swimming is prohibited because there are many rocks and the tide is high. It is perfect for playing on the beach.

There is a garden pool that is open only in summer.

Please refrain from using the pool for those who have tattoos and tattoos (including fashion seals).

Only the open-air is a natural hot spring. (heating, watering, circulating filtration type)

For safety reasons, all fireworks on the hotel management premises are prohibited regardless of the type of fireworks.

We cannot provide medicines to customers at our hotel.
We will guide you to the nearest drugstore (about 8 minutes by car).
