From April 1, 2026, the 2nd anniversary of its opening, we will start offering a new menu inspired by Food & Beverage's new concept "Grand Mercure / Mercure Marche".
We value localmenu unique to the local area, and we also offer menus unique to Minami Boso, such as black ahijo and tanrou salad.

Fee 3,960 yen for elementary school students and above, 1,980 yen for preschoolers over 3 years old

Pulldo Polk Benedict (Breakfast)
Pulled pork with softness. Put a pouched egg on the finish and serve it with cheese sauce. Please enjoy changing tastes such as wakamoredip and red cabbage if you like.
Salmon Cutlet Slider (Breakfast)
Salmon fry and fresh Dill sauce are added to make it light. It's a light but satisfying taste like a little refined treat.
Chicken corn soup (breakfast)
It is a heartwarming dish with exquisite combination of umami and creamy soup. We will provide you with a relaxing time in the morning.
Beef stewed (dinner)
Traditional French cuisine born from wisdom to taste delicious meat. You can enjoy the taste of beef with healthy quinoa.
Roast Beef (Dinner)
Roast beef is finished in a carpaccio style. It is also recommended for alcoholic drinks.

・Black Ahijo with vegetables
Black Ahijo is a dish made by adding Spanish ahijo with fragrant soy sauce from Chiba Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan, as a secret ingredient.
We use soy sauce from Miya Soy Sauce, which is the southernmost part of Chiba Prefecture.
